Hi there! My name is Olga-Lucia, and I’m deeply passionate about exploring how our brains, thoughts, and emotions interplay to affect our well-being. As a Cognitive Neuroscientist, Psychotherapist, Coach, and Mindfulness Teacher, I am committed to integrating my knowledge and skills to craft personalized programs that enhance well-being for both individuals and organizations.
